Difference between older models

Looking at buying YS640 and have found 2 shops selling floor models of the YS640 with the comp cart.
One was build in June 2016, the other was build in December 2016.

What differences would there be between these 2 units and any differences compared to the current builds?
I think the new probe port was introduced early 2017, would it be available on a unit build on Dec 7th 2016?

Factory probe ports were installed in all YS640 cookers starting in September of 2016.

The latest models have a gasket seal around the lid to prevent metal to metal contact between the lid and the cooker body.

The latest firmware is U29.

Thanks Herb!
Got more info, seems the date on the 2nd one was 7-12-2016. As it's a US build, this means July 12th and not December 7th :-)

So it has no probe port nor the gasket seal. Both are no big deals to me so I'm leaning towards getting this one, the deal is 20% off new price.

Can somebody show me some pics of the gasket seal installed on new models? I might just add this myself.

When I mentioned I was looking at buying a 2016, somebody said "I believe they also made a change to the hinges, the door gasket, and a fan baffle".

When did these changes happen? Before or after 2016? I'm going to look at one tomorrow, it doesn't have the probe port or gasket seal, which aren't a big deal. But are there even more differences between 2016 and a new/2018 build?
