Had a standing box smoker for a few years and fell in love. Committed to the Yoder YS640 and man, what a difference. The competitors look so cheap when it comes to pellet grills. Looking forward to more smoking and grilling.

Also wanted to drop a note that the fellas in Greenville, WI at the Meat Block do an awesome job and were fantastic to work with on purchasing my yoder, grill grates, and fuel. Be back soon!

Sure I can look up recipes, but seeing if anyone had any specific YS640 turkey smoking recipes? Looking to hone in some skills before the holidays so I don't disappoint the relatives lol.

Mean time, love smoking traditional brisket and ribs-my favorites! Any Yoder specific recipes yall love?

Thanks yall

Sure Amazing Ribs. Spend a few days reading. Lotsa info.

Yoder (4+ years for me). It's just a real good smoker, no need for specific cooker recipes.
