Hi everyone. My name is Chris and I am from Massachusetts. I purchased a Yoder YS1500 this year and couldnt be happier. I am getting amazing results with this cooker. The only time I had any real trouble was at our first competition with it. I only had it for two weeks and my timing was all off. But now I have it down. Look forward to reading and posting on here and learn some new recipes and techniques.

Hi Chris, welcome from another Mass resident. PM me at some point if you want to compare Yoder stories over a beer.
