Swinos BBQ

Hey everyone...Swinos Competition BBQ team just received our Yoder YS 640 Comp Cart and had a perfect first cook last night! We're taking it to the next comp in Lakeland, FL on Friday and plan on adding to last comp's RGC!

We're still feeling it out, and we had some GREAT calls at our first two KCBS comps. I may post another question on the displacement damper (our cooks are simply not matching with the user manual), but we are pleased.
