Waiting on my first Yoder a YS640

Hello All!

My names is Chris and I placed my order for my YS640 competition version last month. Live in central Indiana. I have used Weber grills for years and finally have given up. I am looking forward to finally having temperature control from the pellet smoker. I have ordered a few different types of pellets so I can't wait to start cooking. I am jumping in big, planning on smoking two turkeys for Thanksgiving.

I have watched a few YouTube videos on preparation and cooking so I am so excited! Any tips anyone can provide beyond what is mentioned in videos I'd greatly appreciated. Looking to buy a trailer to transport so would like some ideas and maybe pictures of them!
