Hello,

I think something is wrong. If I set my pit to 250, I feel like the controller says its 250, but its no where close. Door thermos(i know these are not complexly accurate - also calibrated to 212) are generally around 100. I know the temp is low, because stuff takes forever to cook, and I mean forever. Around 20 hours.

How exactly do I get the pit temp to what I set it at?

I did the ACS temp, with the probes on the grate, and they do read close to what the controller is set at. The problem is the grate temp seems to vary considerably from the ambient temp of the pit.
