One of my favorites, and a crowd pleaser...

Porky Cheese Dip:

Block of Velveeta
Half-3/4 Can of Habanero Rotel
Half-1lb of Pulled Pork Chopped

Put in a crockpot on... Low for 3 hours or High for 1 hour
Stir every so often.

(The Rotel doesn't make the dip spicy, small amount of kick)

Honestly I think we could start an interesting topic all by itself... "Leftovers" What to do with leftover meat used from a cook. This is a great recipe because we all know... if you do one pork butt, it's just as easy to do two or three. I always over cook for the amount of people im cooking for and go for the freeze vac. I make this dip with left over pulled pork from the freezer.
