I love smoking ribs on my Wichita. Has anyone tried smoking the country style boneless ribs? How do they turn out compared to good ole regular ribs? I've been smoking for a few years and never thought to try it.

Yoder Loaded Wichita, pile of wood, matches.

Is it worth responding to a year and a half old post? I've cooked "country style ribs" on the smoker in the last year... They were amazing... I brined them in Dr. Pepper for a few hours the patted dry added a rub. I smoked them till 185 deg. And pulled them. Severed them like burnt ends, they turned out great.
