I'm stoked to get this grill going and I'm looking for some good recipes. For now I just want to do simple things like chicken, beef, etc as I get used to working with it.

Please share with me any good recipes you have as I start using this amazing grill!

Mine is to take a 5 pound pork loin, coat it with Montreal Steak Seasoning and Johnny's/Lawrys(whatever you have on hand) smoke it a 225 with Hickory Pellets for about 5 hours, then finish it at 425. Let sit for 10ish minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sauce, and leftovers make the best pork sandwiches.
