Winter cooking

Does anyone have a simple idea on how to keep food warm after it is removed from the grill and your still finishing up with the other items your grilling? On my 640 we use second shelf but when I direct cook on my ceramic some food needs to come off first because it's done. Not much of a problem in the summer but in cold weather the food cools quicker than I like it to. Thanks for any ideas.

Put some towels in the bottom of a cooler, place your food in, cover with towels and close the cooler.

I second Herb's recommendation... the cooler is an awesome holding place.

We placed a couple pork butts in a cooler after a cook with towels above and below. Very satisfied with how they stayed warm and rested.
