YS-640 Troubleshooting

I started the smoker and set on 250 degrees. After about an hour it turned off and would not restart. It's like there is no power, no fan, no menu, nothing) on the unit. I have unplugged and let sit about 10 minutes and still no power. I checked the fuse and it was found good. Please advise if anyone has had this issue or additional trouble shooting steps. Thanks in advance.

Assuming the answer is "Yes" to the following questions, however...

Did you ensure the ash was removed from any previous cook? Ensure the igniter was not clogged? Did the auger stop working, or become jammed?

This is my nightmare situation, I'm sorry it happened to you.
