Yoder Smokers Community Forum

Hello all,
I am new to the Yoder pellet smokers and new to the blog world. I am just getting started with the whole pellet smoking thing and I must say I love using the smoker. I bought my first pellet smoker in mid October and it was a cheaper smoker just to see if I would like it and on December 23rd I upgraded to the YS640. I smoked my first ribeye roast on the 25th and it turned out great. I am wanting to learn more and find new tips and tricks so I will be on here to do so.

Welcome Joe! I've been a gas cooker guy for a long time and just had my YS-640 delivered Wednesday and love it. Looking forward to my first smoke as I have only done quick cooks to try it out since we are traveling for the holidays!
