Greetings from Chicago. Got my Loaded Wichita Thursday, seasoning as I type, and can't wait to Que with a stick burner. I've been using a Weber 18" bullet for 2 years, entered my first amateur competition this past June, and needed to upgrade for future competitions. Can't wait to taste that first shoulder cooking with apple and pecan wood!
