I’ve have a Cheyenne Offset which I love, it took a bit to get it right but once I did I love it. I’ve cooked on it all winter in below zero temps and just love watching the fire and babysitting the firebox. That being said I have just recently purchased a ys640s and have done a few cooks on it and can say it’s a beast!!!! I will buy a larger offset in the near future and it will be a Yoder….I love the craftsmanship, quality, user friendly options, and best in class customer service!
