Very excited to own the YS640s. I bought it through Northern Fire and Grilling and BBQ Supply in Minnetonka MN and it was delivered in July so i do have a lot of hours on it and i truly love it. I have gotten some great info from this forum, I wanted to share a picture that i took after rolling the pit back in the garage after pulling a brisket off around lunch today. It was very cold last night when i put the brisket on around 10pm. Minus 15 and real feel was minus 22. Around 6am when i wrapped the brisket it was minus 30-ish real feel. I dont remember reading anything about not smoking in temps that cold. The cook was great, temp held very steady. I do have the thermal blanket which i think helps tremendously. Anyway, i just thought i would share the photo of the brisket but most of all the drip bucket. Enjoy...
