New Grill

Was delivered by the store today. Expected it to come in the box. Came fully setup which I thought was strange as this was not discussed. One of the two grills was really rusty the other had small amounts of rust is this normal? I suspect they have just given me a display model not very happy. When you setup your new Yoder were the grill plates like new or rusty?
