Hello from Lougheed, Alberta !

Hi, I’m Johnny K,
I’ve been Smoking for 47 years .

Initially on a Big Chief then stick burners and electric smokers.....

For 13years I was in product development at True North Smokers designing smokers, recipes books and spice blends.

In semi-retirement we make and sell an amazing beef jerky, Johnny K’s Jerky.

We recently purchased our
Yoder YS640 s. Competition and already see that we made the right choice with Yoder !
