Good evening fellow Yoderists! I have been reading posts on this site for most of the year gaining information for research before I pulled the trigger on a purchase. As someone said on here, there are vampires out there that glean information and not contribute to the community. Well I did just that until now. I have had my YS640S since June and have loved every minute I have used it. I am came to Yoder from using a different brand and could not be happier! I will put a post in the ACS section on my usage thus far. The amount of information on this site is truly amazing. Yoder_Herb and Kirby have provided insight, instruction and contact information to those who needed it. I look forward to sharing some of my cooks with you all.
