Yoder YS 640s Competition New Owner
Posted: November 23rd, 2020, 8:30 pmI am elated to be part of the Yoder Community. I researched a number of wood pellet grills for one year before I settled on a Yoder. As a BBQ enthusiast, the wood pellet was my next level to try. I am not disappointed. My Yoder arrived last Wednesday, and after the initial burn on Thursday and few chicken thighs, I smoked a spatchcock turkey and ham this weekend. I was very impressed by the Yoder's ability to hold and maintain heat, and a nice infusion of hickory smoke on both items.
