Hello I just got a YS1500

Hi everyone,
My name is Shervin. I live in Templeton CA and new to using a pellet smoker. I have been using a Kamado Joe and find that they cook so differently. I’ve read the posts about blue vs. white smoke. It makes sense but still doesn’t change the taste profile. Hopefully I can learn from some of you and start enjoying this smoker.
