My name is Tim, from the Niagara Region in Ontario, Canada. I just purchased a YS640S from Chadwick's and Hacks in Hamilton, my first pellet grill, and am quite excited. Look forward to experimenting. Its currently doing the burn-in right now. Just wanted to say hi.. appreciate any tips or introductory cook recommendations.. I feel like this is going to be a great addition!
