New to Yoder and AZ

Purchased and received my new Lonestar Grillz 30” cabinet stick burner a couple weeks ago and my new Yoder YS640s will be here Tuesday with a lot of extras from All things Barbecue.
Shout out to both companies...
Anyway I just wanted to say hello and I look forward to being educated from the fine folks on here and offer up what I can.
