Hello from Central Indiana!

I just sold my Green Mountain Grill. It served me well, just ready for the next level. The YS-640s is ordered, but will take 4 weeks to get here. June will be a very long month! Guess I'll have to cook on my Big Green Egg. I found Yoder via Chef Tom on YouTube. Tom, if you are on here, I am a huge fan of your work!
