How do I decide between a 480 or 640

I was going through the same thing a couple of months ago.........
and the 480 has more than plenty of room for my needs! I could easily do 5 big pork butts or 6 big racks of ribs. That's a lotta food!
Choice is yours...... can't really go wrong either way. Slightly smaller footprint was important to me for my garage storage
situation as well......
