Posted: December 12th, 2017, 7:31 pmI just purchased a YS640 and couldn’t be more excited. I currently have a gas Weber Genesis, XL Big Green Egg and Small Big Green Egg. My brother in law has a RecTec pellet and I like the food off it. That coupled with the relative ease of a pellet vs a smoker got me thinking about buying a pellet (I have a long commute and 3 small children so the egg doesn’t get as much use as I would like). After extensive research I came to the conclusion that Yoder was the way to go. I haven’t received my grill yet, but I feel like a little kid waiting for Xmas. I’m exciting to be part of the Yoder community.
