New YS640S and Ready to go - Maybe!
Posted: February 12th, 2026, 2:53 pmMy new Yoder YS640S with black competition cart arrived yesterday. Got it unpalleted, and did the burn in. I have a 19 pound brisket ready for its maiden voyage. But this thing is too pretty for a big ol' brisket! I'll get over it.
