My name is Bill and am from Aberdeen, NC. Just received my YS640 and am super happy. Did the burn in and seasoning yesterday and am doing something easy today on the grill. Pork chops and corn on the cob. Am going to do a butt this saturday.

I am sure that I will be posting a lot of questions but only after using the search engine and youtube.
