Hello from Standard Alberta

Hi from Standard Alberta Canada

My wife has recently purchased me a YS640 for my Xmas bday (dec 21) present.

It is awesome.

Did a couple burn offs, then did ribeyes on the direct grills, awesome,, then loaded it up with ribs, chicken and sausage, very impressed. Continuing the cooking experiments for delicious smoker goodness.
