I was needing a dimension on the YS640 with Comp cart that I have on order. After downloading the drawings, and finding that what I needed was not listed, I used the info@atbbq email for my inquiry. After waiting a few days and receiving no answer I called the store and they were very helpful.
Not trying to bag on anyone, just offering some feedback. Maybe someone needs to monitor that more closely? I would think that a 24 to 48 hour response time would be a reasonable expectation.
