Recommended Sealant for Cooking Chamber?

Hi all, two quick questions:

Is there a recommended brand of food-grade sealant for the inside of the cooking chamber? I'm noticing some smoke escaping where the lid mounting hardware is bolted to the cook chamber, and thinking that sealing from inside would solve this.

What other areas of the YS640s should be regularly inspected/re-sealed? I notice there is some sealant at the 90 degree angles where the top and sides of the cook chamber meet, but curious if this area needs regular re-sealing or if the welds keep things in check.
