I had gotten a replacement controller for my 640 about 6 months ago but have not gotten around to putting it in. The last few big smokes has taken considerable longer than they should have. (Ive had the yoder for 4 years) I noticed the thermometer on the lid was reading about 110 but the display was reading 224. So I tossed a couple of probes around the grill on the bottom racks and they were reporting 120 ish. So I popped in the new controller and its the same. I did clean off the chamber probe.

Any ideas?

OK I got it, I placed the thermal couple into TC2 A&B instead TC1.
