So when my new Yoder YS480s comes up to temperature I hear a bang, open the lid and this is what I find

Yoder has shipped me a grate with one bar removed, should be here tomorrow. :D

I have a similar issue. I would not be happy with a fix of removing a grate bar. Just as I'm not impressed with the use of silicone inside a $2600 grill.
