Fireboard App Really Having Trouble

For the past two days, my Fireboard app has been totally useless. It's not tracking at all and is not giving me any useful information at all. I've uninstalled and installed a new app, removed and reconnected to my device with no luck. Anyone else having troubles like this or any recommendations?
