Rotisserie Failures

I'm disappointed with the rotisserie on my ys48.

It migrates away from the grill and out of the spit. The 1st bracket against the second is not set correctly in the slot and that as I watch it migrates up and down. It all ends with the spit stopping turning.

Anyone available to prophet which bracket is off or how this can be secured to prevent migrating up and out but allowed to rotate. For the half dozen grills in my life this is the worst setup.
