I can’t begin to explain how disappointed i am with the 640s At the moment. After only a few cooks (1 month) the smoker won’t turn on.
Checked fuse and it was good, but I replaced it anyway. Took the side panel off to check wiring and everything looks good. Tried different outlets.
Display doesn’t come on, no fan, nothing.
My guess is the FireBoard controller is shot.

Any other thoughts?

If you have a COMP Cart there is a pigtail cord under the pellet box...this sometimes comes loose
