Upgrade to 1500?
Posted: April 7th, 2020, 11:59 amI love my 4 year old 640. I need bigger capacity. I already told my wife that smokers sometimes multiply spontaneously so don’t be alarmed if a new one appears. I think she believes me.
Another 640 or a 1500? I would like to be able to do 6 briskets at a time. Would 6 fit on the 1500? I can only squeeze 3 on the 640.
And do the 2 cook similarly or is there a new learning curve on the 1500?
