Rather than try to even temps I’d like to split my grill in half. Would it be possible to be 50-75 degrees hotter on one side? I have a FireBoard that I am playing with and will post results when I try but I would like to cook a couple butts on one side 250-275 and do wings on the hot side 350. Do temps stay even front to back when splitting the grill in half? By the exhaust would stay close to pit temp regardless of where damper is right? Thanks for any input
