I had the pleasure of meeting Tony near Melbourne, just before his trip to the Royal in KC. I hope to get down to the market in Sydney and check out this beast before heading home in a few weeks. Then I get to pick up my own Yoder a week later!

"American Style BBQ" has really taken off in Australia over the last four years or so, and they put out some excellent product both in restaurants and in back yards. And a whole lot of it is done with Yoders!

PS - congrats to Team Big Guns, excellent showing for your first time out internationally and especially at the American Royal!

Thanks for posting Yoder Herb & Yoder Kirby.

Anthony Puharich, who owns Vic's Meat in Australia is one of our very top Meat suppliers and his new store in the Sydney Fish Markets is about as high profile as a store of this type can get.

The fact that we were able to supply him a Yoder Pit was a huge win for the Yoder Brand in Australia

Peashooter is correct, American Barbecue has gone crazy downunder & we are doing our very best to supply both Yoder Offset Smokers & YS Pellet Grills into Restaurants, Hotels and Clubs as well as to our Backyarders here for home cooking & the growing Australian Competition Barbecue scene.

Cheers, Dave
