Looking at Yoder pellet smokers.

I noticed they have the new ACS version. Anyone use the older grills vs the newer ACS grill? how are they different?

As I understand it they have a conversion for the older smokers to upgrade the controller to ACS is this the only difference between the grills?

Guess I'm wondering if the smoker body is the same - been the same all these years and the improvements are in the electronics.

I purchased my YS640 in 2018. I upgraded to the ACS, ceramic igniter, counterweight bumpers, new burn plate. I am so pleased with the performance. Just missing the new wheels. Body is the same. Don't know about earlier years. Good cooking!
