Pit Temperature

Really a great unit. Question what is the lowest pit temperature that the ACS will register? The 2 probes were not plugged in. The air temperature was 5 above zero. The ACS temp reading was between 60 and seventy until the unit started to warm up. then it heated real fast.
Just on a learning curve and learning to know what to expect.
