I'm looking for advise.

I currently have a Weber smoker mountain 18 1/2" . It's good but I'd like to upgrade to a Yoder.. My question is, should I get a pellet or a stick burner?

Is the pellet grill faster to get from cold to cooking temp than a stick burner? I might use it more often if there's less time to a stable smoking temp.
Can I also grill on the YS480 like I can on the Cheyenne?
Is the Cheyenne more versatile?

A fully loaded Cheyenne is roughly the same as a YS480 so the cost difference on isn't a concern.

Which one can get to a hotter temp for searing steaks?
Do you have max temp numbers for each one?

Are there any other factors I should consider to select the best Yoder for me?

Than you,
OC Man

I would suggest calling our sales team at 877.409.6337, option #1.
