Has anyone tried smoking eggs on their pellet grill? I'd be interested to know your method if so. Thanks in advance.

225 degrees for about an hour is what I have done in the past, using uncooked eggs. You will have to try it out to get your timing down.

Thank you for the response. Did you get much smoke flavor?

Smoke is subjective. After being in and around the cooker I have no sense of smoke flavor. Everyone that tried them said that hey could faintly taste/smell smoke.

valid point. That's what I'm reading around the web, there is a faint smokey taste. My kids love hard boiled eggs that's how I got on the subject of this. Thank you Herb. Can't wait to get my Yoder.
