Burnt Ends

Picked up a packer at SAMs today. Actually got two, found a 16lbs prime brisket I picked up for a rainy day!

The other is a full choice packer. Looking to make burnet ends with the point on this one for the Fourth.

Any suggestions on making burnt ends? I've never done it before
