First, I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I couldn't find it. I'm used to doing smaller cooks or competition size cooks but I'm going to be cooking for a church's 50th anniversary party and I need to cook for 200 people. That's going to be 10 briskets, 11 brined turkey breasts, 50lbs of sausage and 50 halved chickens. My question is how many briskets has anyone cooked on the YS1500S at once before? I'm planning to use 15-16lb briskets and just want to make sure that I get air flow and smoke still able to move around the meat.
