Email customer service

I wish there was a way to flag posts with email customer service as the only reply. The whole purpose of a forum is to create dialogue and share solutions. The original poster should have to share solution or delete post imho.

When the post requires us to request personal information such as name, address and phone number, we direct them to contact us directly to protect their personal information from the public.

If you have a specific question on the use or function of your cooker that does not require us to request this personal information, we gladly respond with answers and suggestions. Using the search function will provide you ability to search through years of questions and answers, as well as the testing and information we have documented.
