I ordered my YS640 on the competition cart last week and I'm eagerly waiting for it to ship on around February 19th. Now all I have to figure out is what I'm going to cook first!

Welcome! I'm experimenting with pork ribs. I may try pork butt at some point.

I've been reading a lot of forums on smoking pork butt. Its on my long list of cooks once I receive my YS640. I have baby backs waiting in the freezer right now.
