Hello there!

Just put in my order for a YS640 this afternoon and thought I'd introduce myself to the community here!

Glad to be a part of it!

Howdy to the Phoenix area guys. I’m sure it’s people who have no idea what they’re talking about. But I’ve been told a couple times that I’ll have trouble in Phoenix in the summer keeping the Yoder at or below 225° because it’s “overbuilt”. Doesn’t make any sense to me but trying to do my due diligence before I buy. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

The cooker has no issues working as it should anywhere in Arizona.
