New Yoder owner

Hello everyone, as of yesterday i am now a owner of the Yoder YS 640. I did the burn in last night, and running it for 1 hour at 350 degrees its great to see how close the actual temps are. the Yoder read 350, and with my maverick, probe 1 on the top middle rack was 345. probe 2 was clipped on the lower rack middle, and was within 2 degrees. I also own a Rec Tec, and cannot tell you how far off the temps are in that smoker. Don't get me wrong it has produced some great BBQ, but when there is a 30 - 55 degree difference, something is wrong. The customer service is also very good at Rec Tec, with quick responses and answers, but just not a good remedy for the problems it has. Yoder so far has shown me so much in 1 hour of burn in, and made me so happy, i can't wait to season with bacon this evening. This Yoder has me very excited for the first cook this week.
