Just saying g Hello

Im Jimmy from Clinton Ohio. Just saying hi and looking fwd to buying a Yoder smoker I can smoke up to 18 Racks on any ideas ?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for joining the group!

You can cook that many ribs in most Yoder models, some will require a little more creativity than others to fit them, but it can be done.

I normally cook 15 or 16 racks of loin back pork ribs, all lying flat, in a YS1500.
