Hello to all,

I am new to the Yoder line. I started BBQ'n seriously 9 years ago. I currently have:

18.5 WSM
22.5 WSM
26.75 Weber Kettle
22.5 Weber Kettle
Primo Oval XL
Primo Round
Horizon 16" Offset
Rec Tec that my company bought because of me for the lodge.

Got my new YS640 last week and love it! I have become a wood and lump charcoal snob, not crazy about briquettes anymore. I cooked on the Rec Tec for 3 months to make sure it was what we needed at the lodge before I carried it there, that is when I fell in love with pellet cooking. It was like an offset wood flavor (clean fire). After the Rec Tec was gone for 2 months my family and friends were pushing me to get another, however I wanted to do some serious research 1st............so here I am. Quality of the Yoder is top notch!

I did a fair amount of catering so I could learn how to handle many different situations on many different cookers, now...... you better be a great friend for me to do so! :D

I have read most of all the post on this forum and seems to be some great folks here!
